Nobody Argues With a Guess
Give a leadership team the visibility they asked for and the next three meetings will be about whether the numbers are right. An inference cannot be demonstrated wrong, which is what makes it comfortable.
Brunir
The model generates. The architecture governs. Coherence is the agreement between them.

Brunir designs the control layer above AI systems. Authority assignment, constraint, state persistence, observability and human-in-the-loop design, treated as architecture rather than as prompts.
The premise is that identity drift, temporal incoherence, fabricated detail presented as recovered evidence, and unverifiable governance claims are not model capability limits. They are governance architecture limits, and scale does not resolve them.
Independent, and built rather than theorised. Every principle below exists as a working implementation. Published under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.
Adaptive Constraint-Governed Reconciliation and Orchestration Design
A governance framework for probabilistic systems. Identity, authority, fidelity, evidence, sequence, emergence and observability are treated as governed domains rather than model responsibilities. Extended by CAGE for high-consequence environments where governance failure is irreversible.
